[PROBLEM SECTION]

Most small businesses know they should be publishing content — but either never start, publish inconsistently, or produce content that gets zero traffic because it was never built around what their customers are actually searching for. Good content marketing isn’t about writing more. It’s about writing the right things, structured the right way, consistently enough that Google and your audience start to trust you. That’s exactly what Mitra builds.

[WHAT’S INCLUDED]

What Mitra’s content marketing service covers

Content strategy and topic planning Before a single word gets written, we map out your entire content universe — the topics you need to own, the keywords behind each one, and how every piece connects to move a reader from curious to ready-to-buy. This is where most content efforts fail, and where we start.

SEO-led blog content Every blog post we write is built around a real search query your target customer types. We research the keyword, study what’s already ranking, and write something genuinely better — well-structured, deeply useful, and optimised to rank without reading like it was written for an algorithm.

Pillar pages and hub content Long-form, authoritative pages that cover a topic comprehensively and become the centrepiece of your content cluster. These are the pages that build domain authority, rank for competitive keywords, and link out to your supporting blog content and service pages.

Landing page copy Content isn’t just blogs. Your service pages, campaign pages, and lead generation pages all need copy that speaks directly to your customer’s problem and moves them to act. We write copy that converts without being pushy.

Content refreshes and updates Old content that’s slipping in rankings or no longer accurate is a wasted asset. We audit your existing library, identify pages worth saving, and update them with new data, better structure, and stronger internal linking — often faster results than publishing from scratch.

Internal linking strategy Every piece of content we produce is connected to the rest of your site deliberately. The right internal links pass authority to your most important pages and guide readers naturally toward your services.

Content performance tracking We track rankings, organic traffic, time on page, and conversion events for every piece of content — so we know what’s working and double down on it.

[PROCESS]

How we work

Step 1 — Content audit and opportunity mapping (Week 1) We start by reviewing what you already have, what your competitors are ranking for, and where the biggest keyword opportunities exist for your business specifically. You get a clear map of the content landscape before we write anything.

Step 2 — Strategy, content pillars, and 90-day plan (Week 2) We define your core content pillars — the 3 to 5 topic areas your brand needs to own — and build a 90-day publishing plan with titles, target keywords, and content types for every piece. You approve the plan before anything moves to writing.

Step 3 — Writing, editing, and optimisation (Ongoing) Our writers research, write, and optimise each piece. Every article goes through an internal SEO review before it reaches you — checking keyword placement, heading structure, readability, and internal linking opportunities.

Step 4 — Publishing and distribution (Ongoing) We can publish directly to your CMS or hand over final drafts for your team to upload — whichever you prefer. We also advise on where to share each piece for maximum initial traction.

Step 5 — Monthly review and iteration (Monthly) Every month we review what’s ranking, what’s climbing, and what needs a push. The content plan adapts based on real performance data — not guesswork.

[RESULTS SECTION]

What to expect

In the first 60 days your content foundation goes live — pillar pages, initial blog posts, and a functioning internal linking structure. Between months 3 and 4 you’ll start seeing individual posts rank and pull in consistent search traffic. By month 6 the compounding effect kicks in — each new post benefits from the authority built by everything before it, and your site starts ranking for broader, more competitive terms.

[WHY MITRA]

Why Mitra

We write for humans first, algorithms second Content that reads like it was stuffed with keywords doesn’t convert and increasingly doesn’t rank either. We write things people actually want to read — the SEO comes from structure, relevance, and depth, not repetition.

We understand the full funnel A blog post that educates is only valuable if it connects to something that converts. Every piece of content we create is mapped to a stage in your buyer’s journey — awareness, consideration, or decision — and links accordingly.

We don’t just hand over drafts and disappear Content marketing is a long game. We stay involved — tracking performance, updating old posts, adjusting the strategy, and making sure your content library keeps growing in value month after month.

We build content systems, not one-off pieces Any agency can write you a blog post. We build the strategy, the structure, the internal linking architecture, and the publishing rhythm that makes content marketing work as a channel — not just a task.

[FAQ]

Frequently asked questions

How many blog posts do you publish per month? Our standard packages start at 4 posts per month and scale up from there. We’d rather publish 4 deeply researched, well-optimised pieces than 12 shallow ones — quality and consistency beat volume every time.

Do you need subject matter input from us? For most topics, our writers research independently and draft without needing your time. For technical or highly specialised industries, a brief monthly call or a short Q&A document helps us get the details right. We keep this as lightweight as possible on your end.

Who writes the content — humans or AI? Our content is researched, written, and edited by human writers with SEO training. We may use AI tools to assist with research and outlines, but every final piece is written and reviewed by a person before it reaches you.

Will the content sound like our brand? Yes. During onboarding we build a brand voice document based on your existing content, how you speak, and what your audience responds to. All writers on your account work from this document.

Do you publish directly to our website? We can publish to WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, and most common CMS platforms if you grant us access. If you prefer to handle publishing internally, we deliver fully formatted drafts ready to upload.

How long before we see traffic from the content? Most content begins ranking within 60 to 90 days of publishing, with meaningful traffic typically appearing in months 3 to 5. Content marketing is a compounding channel — the results grow significantly the longer you stick with it.

Can you update our old blog posts instead of writing new ones? Absolutely — and for many sites this is the highest-ROI activity in the first 90 days. If you have existing content that’s ranking on page 2 or 3, refreshing those posts often produces faster results than publishing from scratch.

What do you need from us to get started? Access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics, your website CMS credentials if you’d like us to publish directly, and about 60 minutes for an onboarding call. That’s it.
